The first one (with Hiro's father) did come true, didn't it? Even if it seems strange that he painted pictures from two different futures.. ![]() And how to explain all the Hiro-corrupts-space-time-continuum-and-tries-to-fix-it-although-changing-history thing? Honestly, I prefered the show when it seemed impossible to change time (like in 'Twelve Monkeys') but - oh well - I'm still addicted to it.

i think the prospect of the possible future was an essential motivational tool. ted meeting peter would have happened regardless of hiro's involvement what with ted being in new york to find the 'walker location system' and peter being there because he lives there. isaac and hiro just tag teamed fate to prevent disaster. oh, and you pretty much ruined 12 monkeys for me, i can cross that off my netflix...

Hmm, I always thought that the present time always took into account that Hiro had changed the past. Thinking back on things now, where do you think was the point where the present reflected the changes in the past?

hiro = kensei, thats just how it is..I mean everyone knew that already.. hiro just didnt know untill now. So the present is based on hiro;s visiting of the past.

If he didn't visit the past then the history would actually be changed and no Kensei anymore because he was a drunkard at that time. What a pitiful truth, but I doesn't feel it ridiculous now.
