LOL I wouldn't be suprised to see them throw in a twist like that - she could be another self-healer too. Just depends on if she wants to continue with the show really. I really wasn't as drawn to her character as some of the others though. So it wasn't really all that upsetting to see her die for me LOL

i've been thinking about the whole genes thing too... Nathan Patrelli's two kids should inherit some pretty interesting powers (if it is genetic). If Kensei was an early hero, then you'd think there'd be hundreds of heroes, if not thousands (again, if it's genetic). Second thought... why do the heroes so suddenly develop the traits. Is it like puberty? One day, bam, you're a hero? And why does Micah have powers so young then? They all seem to have realized their powers around the same time though... hmmm

Another thought about Kensei... Claire was adopted (or planted by the agency). Is it possible Kensei is actually from the future too?

I don't think the actress who played Simone wanted to leave. I read an interview after her death was filmed and she said in the scene where she gets shot she was actually crying just because it was her last scene with Peter and Issac.

Evolutions takes a really long time. It could be there are heroes kind of sprinkled throughout history, but a whole bunch of them are manifesting recently. Could be that Kensei goes into the future and has kids in Hiros timeline rather than his own. I don't really know, I am looking forward to finding out though.

Maybe Kensei is also Claire's ancestor? Kensei deffinatly look like a player, so he probably slept around with many women, and one of them could have been Claire's greatgreatgreat....grandmother. That would explain her ability, which is similar to Kensei's but more developed.

Perhaps T Yakamura (who gave claire to HRG if you remember) Sent Takezo to the past? It's very possible because Yakamura must've had a power similar to Hiro's, or no power at all. But perhaps his wife did it.

yo, don't know if this has been posted before, but my theory regarding kensai is that he kinda started the whole thing (i.e. the godsend symbol associated with everyone "special"). and furthermore, he was also part of the 12...and furthermore he is actually peter and nathan's father. think about it, if he has this healing power (like claire, er vice versa...which also makes sense because if my theory's correct claire would be kensai's granddaughter) he can theoretically be immortal. why else would the only blurry image in the picture of the 12 be mr. petrelli? thoughts?

A lot of people how thrown that guess out. The only kink is I guess one of the comic books that depicts Linderman having to heal Peter and Nathan's father, which wouldn't make sense since he has the ability to heal. It will be interesting to see where they go with that and interesting to know why the man in the photo has his head turned away and is blurry.

Evolution takes place over such a long period of time...just think about how long it took for us to come from apes or cavemen. It makes sense that powers could have been surfacing for centuries, growing more and more common over time.
