Peter's power is basically Empathic Mimicry, so he absorbs the powers of everyone he has met, for instance, Flight from Nathan Petrelli, Spontaneous Regeneration From Claire Bennet, Invisibility from Claude Rains and Induced Radioactivity from Ted Sprague, to use the powers he basically has to think about them and how they made him feel, like he said in the episode "Unexpected."

i don't think peter has absorbed all of sylars powers, because if he has then he would be able to melt metal and also have super hearing(which isn't displayed at all by peter)alon with cryokenesis.

he doesn't know he has those powers, as he hasn't seen sylar use them and they arn't reflex powers
