I think they're both to blame, if Peter hadn't been toying with Issac Simone would have never been caught in the cross fire,
and if Issac hadn't drawn the gun Peter wouldn't have turned invisible causing him to shoot Simone. Instead he would have kept kicking his ass Telekenisis-lly. Now niether one of them can have Simone.

I seem to recall in Peter's vision that Simone was in it. I can't see them putting that in the vision if they had planned on killing her off. I'm guessing this is just a way for Peter to master his 'altering time' ability.

she was in the vision that peter had isacc was pulling her away but i think that vision was combinded with things that would hpppen in the future because matt is not a cop any more and i think he is going to get killed for stilling those diamonds for lindermen.
