Hey Guys And Gals, I'm new to the site, but watched heroes since day 1. As we see in episodes or from my view, Peter and Sylar seem to be the main power hitters in terms of abilities. My forecast from a dream I had, peter and sylar will face off in the end of it all. Peter and sylar in my view will come across many heroes and gain their ability, by either developing a feeling or killing them. But as we saw sylar did not kill claire, and peter saved her. Thus, gaining her ability to heal. As long as peter has that ability and I doubt claire can actually die....which means sylar loses in the ability game. Sylar needs that to beat peter in my view. Thanks for listening! Tim Kring if I messed up your whole plot, don't kill me! LMAO

i agree. Claire can be killed and remain dead. the easiest way would be decapitation or destruction of her brain (sounds kinda like a zombie). the reasoning behind this is the brain and heart cannot live without each other. when she had the branch through the skull that was a set back. the body can still heal and grow days after death. as soon as the branch was removed, her brain could heal itself completely which leads me to believe that as only part of the brain was hit, the rest was free to act.

Thats all well and good but, techncally any physical damage to her brain should kill her because neurons or brain cells cannot regenerate. She only has the ability to grow cells rapidly, she can't just create the uncreatable....I think?

Claire can die... It was discussed before by the writers and it was decided that there would be some sort of limit to how long she could be dead before it became permanent... In the show she has already had a stake to the brain right? so brain regeneration must not be an issue... Her power must be more complicated then reality As for a face off between Sylar and Peter... That's inevitable. They've already crossed paths... That was just the teaser
