| What Powers does Sylar have right now, and to what extent. When HRG busts in and saves his wife, Sylar uses his left hand to stop the bullets, but the force still sends him into the fridge. So he's gotten better at Telekinesis. I think that's what he used to disappear in front of Matt and the FBI agent. He also seemed to use that to slow his fall when he went up against Peter. He's also used it to make the lockers fly off at the school, aswell as to make the silverware impale the women. The cop was pinned to the ceiling with his chair. He killed the Molly girls parents with the Ice power, which hasn't been seen since. He's got the power to liquify things. (most likely inorganic only.) He knows how things work. Hasnt been elaborated on, so we dont really know the extent to this power, which could really go anywhere. He used this power along with the cockroach to 'play dead' I think. 1. Sense how things work 2. Freeze things 3.Telekinesis 4. Liquify Things What else? I dont think he's got the super-memory, because Im pretty sure Hiro saved her. (Charlie) |

| Ok... Now this is a radical thoery, and probably not the best one for my first post, but here it goes... I think Sylar's "power" is the most complex one on the show. Basically, his main power is he knows how things work. He needs to kill his victims to see how they make their powers work. Something he does with the brain, like what he used to do with watches. Which is why "Patient Zero" is so important to HRG's organization, and to the Suresh research. Not only can both sides use him to figure out how the powers of these special people work. By having Sylar, they could also use his ability to make those abilities NOT WORK. |

| I think Molly had the ability to freeze things, not either of the parents, because Sylar would've use that ability more, I know I would.

| I'm curious about what the super hearing woman heard in Sylar's heart. Recall she asked specifically what the noise was coming from his heart. His answer was murder. I'm wondering what it was she heard. Possibly a mechanical mechanism or something? |

| She heard the ticking of a clock. This is something that I just recently realized when chatting with my friend. Every time Sylar is present and works something out in his mind, you'll hear the VERY faint sound of a clock ticking. Every time he figures something out in his head or works out a plan or idea, you'll hear the sound. Listen to it next time, I'm pretty sure that's what Dale was hearing come from him. After all, his original power came from being able to work things out, fix clocks, fix problems. |

| I've noticed that too. Also, I wonder how Sylar didn't have any foot steps, Dale said she didn't hear any-- Maybe a new power?
