I think it's kind of difficult to tell whether or not he had Eden's power. I don't think we'll really be able to tell unless he uses it some other episode so that it's clear.

OMG Sylar and Jessica going head to head...that will be SOSO kickass =P

with a tumor when hiro went back into time?

No, she said, she IS going to die anyways. Hiro doesn't know about Sylar's use for the Brains.

So Sylar was still able to monitor and Kill Charlie. the recent RoadKill Graphic Novel Just confirmed it.

sylar doesnt have eden's power. read the Fathers & Daughters graphic novel and watch the episode where she dies. she killed herself to prevent sylar from getting her powers
