I doubt he'll be able to be slapped out of the actual thing. This was minor, the powers were barely colliding. As some said already, he was overreacting. But when that explosion's going down, it might be hard to just punch it out of him XD Especially if his benefactors are around. Hey, do you guys think that the amount of power he has will be doubled if he learns to use the power without the Hero with said power nearby, only to have every Hero nearby on the day of the explosion?

...if that makes sense?[/b]
Oh yea! I think it'll be greatly magnified, that painting that Issac did after the explosion shows a batterd NYC.
He even said new york would never recover from that. I'm sorry to make the comparison, but does it give you a kind of 911 feel?

I just think its that Radiation guy who shows up, and Peter ends up absorbing his power and not being able to control it. I've been reading the comics for that new chick "Wireless" aka hana, and she was all ready for revenge and ready to recruit the Radiation who was also screwed up as a result of something HRG and the Hatian did. Any money says peter runs into him without knowing and then goes on meltdown because he can't control the power the way the radiation guy can

the whole purpose of Claude helping him, is so he can learn to control his powers, i don't think peter will be the bomb and also Peter was dreaming about the future before he even met Issac, so i think that's just another part of his power, but time is the only manifestation of truth....so we all will just have to wait and see how things pan out

I think 9/11 was probably some inspiration, 'cause it does have a similar feel.

I think HRG works for LINDERMAN![/b]

Hmm, an interesting idea. I read an article with Tim Kring and he said that Linerman would be a "big-name" actor. I wouldn't be surprised if he's tied to everyone.

One question about that scene...
Peter's losing control and stuff right, and all his powers sorta show up, but then he starts to turn invisible??

Shouldn't he always be invisible around Claude? Or did he become invisible to the invisible? :P

So far I don't know if Claude's ability is permanent, or if he only uses it when he wants to?
If he can use it when he wants to, why does he do it ALL the time? Why not just walk down the street like a normal person?

It's funny how in some scenes Peter and Claude are standing in the street and people are walking around them, instead of into them. like when they're talking about Simone. They get bumped, but not so much as they should be

Sorry it's me again...

Another observation. On the painting Isaac made, Peter is partially invisible while Claude is not seen. Therefore when Peter's starts to lose it, he was already invisible I think, so why the double-invisibility??

Okay, I think that Claude's power can be turned on and off. However, if you remember, they think he's dead (Remember the phone call Isaac made to HRG at the end?), so he would need to stay invisible all the time.

Yes, when Peter starts to lose it, he was already invisible. However, I've been entertaining the thought that Peter lost whatever power he had been holding onto at the time (in this case, rapid cell regeneration and invisibility) for the moment when he began to lose it. It makes sense because all of the powers were "colliding", meaning that he was struggling to hold onto more than one.
