1) Why didn't Sylar kill HRG when he had the chance?

2) What power did Sylar use to make himself invisible in the room making him able to ambush HRG?

1) No idea. Perhaps there's reasoning behind it. :shrug:

2) It's possible he was just hiding in the shadow's, or under the window, out of his line of site. :shrug:

Sylar has Eden's powers... anyone noticed?

Sylar couldn't use his powers until he killed the first guy. Couldn't the first guy move things? I think he's just like Peter he absorbs powers. He regenerated like Claire too. HRG seems to be protected as long as his "friend" is with him.

Sylar doesn't have eden's powers, because eden blew her brain's out with the gun before he had the chance to figure out what makes her tick...

He seems to be using them when Claire's mom was down on the ground, until HRG barged in and planted 3 bullets in his body.

If he can regenerate why he still want kill Claire

we are not sure if he can regenerate. we just saw him get plugged with three bullets and run away. He could have been injured, or he could have redirected the bullets at the last moment.

and the reason he did not kill Mr. Bennet. yes, he wants to see him suffer when he kills Claire. Sylar can kill him afterwards or any time he wants.
