Hrg And Claude

Anyone else catch that Claude is an old friend of HRG? When Issac called to tell HRG Peter is alive but invisible, HRG said "that means an old friend is still alive."

Very interesting... I will have to watch that part again!

30 minutes to the torrent being complete! i am rendering it in the best format for viewing... Takes some time to convert it from the DVR to a .avi file...

Yea... HRG has said several times that he has been around a number of "special people" before this new crop of Heroes... so that leaves a door for the writers to bring "oldies" like Claude and Claire's Mom, others into the plot.

HRG got the list way back... first episode I think... he broke into Papa Suresh's office/home... then Mohender came in... HRG calls his "Boss" and says... "Yea, everything is here... the map, even the list... the only think missing is the computer." Thats where he got it... but what he really wanted was that thumb-drive that Mohender later finds stashed in Papa's diary that had the genetic sequence on it.

In reference to Claude and HRG being "old friends," taking in context that he WAS talking to Isaac, I doubt that HRG would have told him "a person with special powers that we kidnapped is still alive." "an old friend" is just sarcastic innuendo that they did in fact have some kind of relationship to each other.

I have a feeling Claude worked with HRG before hand. Maybe he had an agrument or w/e and they decided he needed to be "taken care of". This would explain how he knew how to teach Peter how to control his powers. It would also lead him to being a "good guy with a dark past". Claude will either be a REALLY big part of the plot or die soon.

I think he probably is one of those HRG has kidnapped.
Whatever reason they're not together, it seemed Claude didn't want him to know he was still alive. That's probably why he's always invisible, wouldn't you say?

I have to agree with Stah on this one. I think Claude did work for HRG and he was the teacher for other "heroes" HRG brought in. But I think Claude was not happy with the decisions HRG was making and turned his back on him. Claude even told Peter that there were others before him meaning he taught other people.

yeah, I think Claude used to be one of Mr. B's henchmen, just like Haitian dude and Eden, but Claude had a falling out and just disappeared or faked his death.
