Hrg's First Name

Noticed that Mrs B almost said HRG's first name tonight... but for some weird reason... seems I have heard him called Jack at some point and time? Surely his name isnt Linderman Bennett??? "Organ music" Bah bah bom!!!

Never heard 'Jack' before, but sounds good... "Jack Bennet" Got a little ring to it...

Possible that Papa Sanders has a power also? Dont recall him on the list tho... Never really told how Jessica died... hinted that Papa was a mean drunk and killed her accidentally.[/b]

Was he a drunk or was he blacking out like Nikki and drinking to try and control his other side? That could be another reason he freaked out and ran when he saw what she could do.

Yup... they left that sub-plot very open as to what or if Papa has a power.

I would also like to know what power Shanti Suresh possessed that caused Papa to start his genetic research. I think that storyline ties back in later somehow.

Now that I think of it... Papa Suresh went to NYC to do his research... so possible he was working for/with Mama Patreli since they are in NYC, which may still make Linderman the vilian.

Lotsa possibilities left open...

When I heard Mrs. Bennett interupt herself before saying HRG's first name, I thought to myself, "Huh...I guess his first name has never been mentioned..." Then I remembered that earlier in the episode, Sylar took out HRG's license out of his wallet so it was in plain view. Well, I went back and noticed all it said was "Bennett" in the name area.

But here is the funny part...if you look at the top right side of the license, there is a signature. Thank God for HD...I think it says Geoffrey Hayden Bennett. Because its a signature you have to do a little bit of encryption but I'm pretty confident that's it. I'll try and search for a good screen shot...

The only name on it is Bennett, and under that his signature Bennett - that other sig you saw was the Texas Director of Transportation's sig - like you see the Treasury Secretary's signature on US currency.

I don't think she was about to reveal his first name. A wife doesn't phrase it that way. "I've always known him as......". It sounds like she knows him as something other than his first or last name. I think it is significant.

But surely he cant be Linderman... since Niki/DL and Nathan have all had contact with Linderman in Vegas? Maybe its just a gag to keep all of us pondering on the name game... there really isnt anyone else except Linderman that has been left a mystery since the beginning of the show.

It's probably just something for everyone to always be speculating.

I'll laugh when if its a sort-of silly, non-threatening name like BobbyJoe!
