Claire's Father - Scene

Does anyone else think that the scene we see of Claire's father in the commercial is a scene from an interrogation room 16 years ago? after the fire at Claire's house? I mean, it does kind of look like an interrogation room, or containment room.

I think this is where I feel the past is going to creep up on Nathan...cause Nathan is the father. And he is like any other politician...ghost in the closet. I am a little worried that we haven't seen Nathan's wife since like before Fallout...I'd like to see her again and factor in to the whole...you have a daughter thing. Get's Claire to NY looking for daddy. And since Peter is gone. Downside is that Peter and Claire are now related and doesn't really allow for a 'thing' to happen with Claire and her Hero.

Whether or not Peter and Claire are related, they are NEVER gonna have a "thing". People keep forgetting that Peter is 26yo -- and Claire is 15yo. She is UNDERAGE and more than 10 years younger than Peter. There's no way they're gonna make Peter a pedophile.

something tells me that nathin isn't the father... i think that it's linderman because other than matt claire is the only one that hasn't been connected to linderman. or i cold be wrong and linderman is hiro's father. and te whole claire nd peter thing i think that they're gonna be like best friends or something not "dating" if you will. but who knows until tomorrow.

I also thought that it was Nathan when I saw the preview. I don't know if a spoiler leaked it or not, but I figured it out by the wedding ring and the purple shirt. Both the ring and the shirt were very nice; and Nathan can afford nice things. The other two married men on the show are Claire's adoptive father and Matt - it wouldn't make since for the adopted father to be it, and Matt's not going to wear a purple shirt. Not his style. lol

Now, this is assuming that the father is someone we have been introduced too. I could see it being Linderman, though... I hadn't thought about that. Props, musicchild.

I read an interview of Tim Kring and he said that we are already familiar with the character who is Claire's father.

When you think about it Claire is connected to Linderman indirectly as her adoptive father works for him so I guess that could be enough of a connection for linderman not to be her father and if nathan is her real father she is indirectly connected to Linderman again as Nathan is in his pocket. I hope that makes sense!

It is obvious that Claire has a crush on pete.. if they can't be together now, maybe they will 3 years form now.
