So far we have seen 3 of these comics in the show.

Issue #14 - Hiro's comic, the one he takes back to the past with him. Has Hiro on the cover.

Issue #11 (?) - The comic that micah is reading while his mom talks to the principle or whoever at the school. Has some monster on the cover named Uluru.

Issues #9 - the issue that micah has when he and DL are sitting on the patio. Has another monster on the cover, this one has long blonde hair and sharp claws.

Because of the comic that Hiro gets from the future, we are led to beleive that these comics are somehow tied to the heroes.

The cover of issue #9 seems to be a visual representation of Jessica.

But what about the cover of issue #11 (?) What is an Uluru? I"m not 100% sure it's issue #11, but that's what it looks like. I'm attaching a screencap of that comic.

I'm not sure where this is going, but it seems lthat these comics are deffinatly connected to what's going on.

That's really interesting. Can you get some pics of those comics up? I think you may be on to something actually.

Another little thing I noticed about these comics. Issues 9 & 11 have some sort of logo above the issue #, but on the Hiro comic, there is the "S" symbol thingy instead...

Here are the pics of the other 2 comics. Does anyone know how to make them show up as pictures and not as files to download?

I'm a little confused by this point, I thought this was already clearly established. Isaac writes the comics, which is why Hiro went to see him several episodes back. I though the comics like Isaac's paintings show the future.

I'm a little confused too, which is why I"m trying to figure out just how the comics play into everything.

Yes, it was established that Isaac is the one drawing/writing the comics, and yes Isaac is a pre-cog, but how do the other comics we've seen fit into the story?

The Hiro comic was the easy one, as it was used as a major part of the story, but the other 2 comics have some interesting images on them, and I'm trying to figure out what they mean. I think the #9 issue, which was shown during Niki's episode, is actually a metaphoric drawing of Jessica.

But what's this Uluru thing on the cover of issue #11, and why does the hero symbol appear on Hiro's comic, but not the other two. Care to speculate?

maybe Hiro's comic was made after Isaac got captured by Claire's dad.. (next week he is apparently captured by Claire's dad..) so maybe thats the sign that Claire's dad uses to keep track of the heroes or something. Maybe he forces Isaac to draw under his symbol... I don't know, its very strange..

I think the idea about claires dad, definitely a possibility. I do agree as well that the issue is probably a metaphor of nikki/jessica.

I'm curious to know who it is that fought Uluru in comic #11 (i think it's 11)... On the comic is says " I fought Uluru" and at the bottom there is a guy saying "Nobody believes me" what is that about.

Also on Hiro's comic #14 the S symbol is there twice... on the bring screen on time square and right next to that there is a picture of a guy which to me looks like DL... just some thoughts

Even though i do agree that the blond monster is a metaphoric representation of Jessica, perhaps Uluru doesnt have meaning? Keep in mind Isaac needs to get high to actually draw the future (for now at least).

I could be totally wrong but it looked to me like that guy might have a sword on his back... but then it wouldn't make any sense for it to be Hiro and especially not future Hiro if he's saying nobody believes him.

I want to know what else Uluru is saying, but I can't make it out, when I zoom in the picture quality degrades, the most I can get is "Who DARES to (blank) me (us)?! I am ULURU the (blank).

Because I cannot make it out I am sure that it is of pivotal importance. Although the cynic in me doubts it.
