I saw him in one of the previews after the first episode, it looked like he was hurting the cop or helping HRG it was weird and fast

I've heard 2 conflicting reports. According to what I've heard, he will either make his first appearence in the third (next) episode or the fifth episode. Which is true? I have no clue.

Yeah, I remember seeing that too. I didn't really know who he was until today when I saw the sub-forum about him, but I remember seeing him with the cop. My guess is that since he's a convict and the cop guys is like... a cop, that the cop was probably trying to arrest him or something.

That wasn't him. You have to look really carefully, but that isn't him. It's this other guy, someone we haven't been introduced to yet.

That guy in the comercial must be the guy refered as "mysterious guy" on the imdb thing.
I kinda skimed the names on the ep5 release thing and there's a story about D.L so maybe thats when he might appear

Yeah, that's the guy that everyone's mistaking for D.L., that guys listed on IMDb as the "mysterious guy". Hm, maybe this "mysterious guy" is Sylar?

Well he won't be mysterious anymore because I think I see him in the previews for next week with a guy in a suit while someone levitates
