<_< I think the painting is of Issac's own death when i re watched episode online i paused it at one of the pictures. It is of a man laying down in blood infront of a easel with a painting and the background kindof looks like issacs place. Also sylar has Issac's address. He was on the list he said his name before suresh nabs him
