|  based on episode 13 the Fix the last seen we saw showed sylar talking to HRG and on the back of his head something metallic like a bolt....does this mean he actually puts a peice of his victims brains in him? it would explain why he always wears a hat now |

| That was a shunt. It is used to drain material from the brain(or something like that). I believe they were using it to drain Sylar's Brain and study it |
