But yeah, there's nothing saying that the Haitian is evil...he's a shade of grey like many of the characters.

i think the haitiain caus ei think he neutralizes powers and when they were trying to take nathan i think they didnt realize how far nathans powers had grown

It would definetly be interesting to see whether or not the collective of Sylar's powers could withstand the mental blows of the Haitian

If they understood they would be facing off, and there were no ambushes set, then I would say Sylar. The Haitian has the ability to cancel someone elses power if they come within his range. It would be very easy for Sylar to stay out of his range, and use his telekinesis to throw objects threw the cancelling field. The kinetic force of the vehicles would not stop as an object in motion stays in motion unless acted on by another force, so in the end, the Haitian ends up face down in a pool of blood.

If either side was given a chance to ambush the other, I give the win to the ambushing side. If the Haitian gets him within the range of his cancelling field, then there is no doubt in my mind, he could physically over power Sylar, and then hollow him out mentally.

I agree and the whole ambushing method was shown to have worked very well at the end of Homecoming
