Any guesses to what that might be? It could be the Train Fire that Claire jumped into also that Issac was reading a Paper in V1C1 which HAD the News of the Train Fire that Claire was in.

Well, my ideas are already posted :
Quote:
I had posted this screencap here , but is this the missing clue that Isaac said he gave to Simone that he said would help him and Peter to know who the cheerleader is? It's kinda wider than what Isaac described in "Better Halves", but it makes sense since it gives more info about the cheerleader- the banner says "Wildcat Pride":

What do you think?

Or... as another suggestion for paintings that have been seen in previous episodes, what about the following one, which was sorta focused on in the premiere, although we didn't see all of it. I first posted about it here, and you can see the screenshot of it here.

Or here (click for the larger version):

You see it at the beginning of Isaac's scene in the premiere before he paints over the painting of a guy's hand holding the glass with the boiling water. It looks like a girl with pom-poms, but I don't think we the viewers get many more details about it.

However, this is also just a suggestion which may work where we have had the opportunity to see the painting Isaac's talking about. (Aside) I like shows where we the viewers get the same (or more) clues as the main character who's doing the detective work, so we can try to sleuth it out along with them on the show. Those shows are more enjoyable, imo, because the audience is in on the whole case. OTOH, I think it's goofier (and sometimes sorta unfair...) when the mystery is solved because the major clue discovered or realized by the protagonist is one that wasn't given to us! But different shows have different ways of tellling stories...(/Aside) It doesn't really matter though, since we already think we know what Isaac and Peter are trying to figure out, and the "how" of it can be anything the writers dream up...

So, yeah, it easily could be a painting we haven't seen, but these were ideas for ones we have seen. B)

Feel free to shoot these ideas down (especially if you think the painting hasn't been seen yet).

At first I thought it was interesting that the Claire pic from the HEROES promo comic had a different mascot/name on the uniform; it actually says "Trojans"! So I was thinking that it must not be HEROES "canon"?

Here's the nbc wallpaper version too.

But... What do you think about this?!? Instead of Claire being in the wrong uniform and thinking the "Trojans" didn't fit the story, what if she is actually wearing one from the other team? That would be an interesting plot development! Wonder why she'd do that, though? Maybe 'cuz Peter said someone would be looking for a Wildcat cheerleader?

So then Isaac and Peter in the present could narrow down who the cheerleader is by finding any Trojan/Wildcat Homecoming games, and the reason she wears what's in the painting where it looks like Claire is walking through a fire is because Peter tells her to do so?!? But that would also mean she'll be in another fire... Didn't think that one all the way through. And if the painting is either the one with the Wildcat banner or with the Trojan uniform, then half of the info is missing. Which I guess means HRG will have to fill in the blanks...

Well, I'll stop thinking/typing now... B) Again, fire away!

We also haven't Found that panel that fits the missing Upper left comic book page. cuase the one that peter got was a big sized crosswise painting instead of the small square panel.

That was the one missing from the sequence because it told them where the school was I don't think that the size was relevant

That's probably it, though it is sort of an annoying mistake

Looking at the pictures around the missing panel, it seems that the painting of Hiro and Ando does not belong their, seeing that it happens after the whole occurence. Removing that pic would create space for a longer panel, such as Peter dead in front of the Homecoming sign.

Then again, if this were true, the order would have to be rearranged.
Such as the big picture of Sylar standing over Jackie, with small pics Claire reaching and Peter deflecting lockers next to it, mdeium sized painting of Claire running up the stairs below, and finally dead Peter underneath.

I dunno, tell me if that sounds right or ok?

Full Panel Pic

Well maybe it's not supposed to work like an ordinary comic book and its supposed to be all randomly arranged? Like look at top right then bottom left then bottom right then top left
