Season One Questions.. (spoilers)

Hey, I recently purchased season one on dvd and have finished it. It is now my favorite TV series.

However, I have many questions:

1) How did Mohinder know it was Sylar when he poisoned him with the tea?

2) At the very end, is that Sylar as a cockroach coming out of the sewer? How did he gain the ability to shapeshift? This goes into at the very start where Mohinder was talking about God's form is a cockroach.

3) How did Sylar gain the ability to freeze objects? and when he was making the "snow globe" with his mother, what was he doing? Was he using his telekinesis or was he using Zane Taylor's ability to modify molecules?

4) 'The Hatian' takes away people's memory by touch correct? Is it soon as he touches someone, or on command? How did he hold Claire when he was supposed to erase her memory?

5) When Noah and 'The Hatian' first capture Nathan, and nathan flies away, how is this possible? Wouldn't the hatian's power negation prevent him from using his power?

6) How does Sylar use Charlie's instant memory ability effectively?

7) In 'the future', Peter is depicted with having a scar diagonally across his face, how did he get this?

In one of the last episodes, Sylar is using Isaac's power and creating a "clip" on the whiteboard. Is his absorbed ability to play clips and pieces of the future without actually painting it?

9) Where is the lady who can "download wifi signals" in the last episodes?

10) Does Nathan's wife know that he can fly? I mean, if she was in the passenger seat and doesn't see Nathan while he's in the air calling her name, now thats weird.

11) What is the WGoA protesting about?

1. mohinder saw the news report about zane being dead and put two and two together about sylar
2. sylar didn't shapeshift, he was dragged into the sewer, the cockroach was merely a recurring icon
3. sylar's freezing ability was attained sometime in the space of the 6 months before his character was followed. you'll notice in molly's house her dad is frozen with his skull removed, the power possibly belonged to one of molly's parents.
4. the haitian doesn't seem to have to rely on touch, it just helps to establish the connection
5. the haitian's powers are possibly limited to mental abilities such as mind-reading or suggestion, not physical abilities like flight... or he just didn't see it coming as it is an active rather than passive ability
6. he used charlie's ability to memorize a truck manual or something in an on-line comic i never read
7. he got this through a paradoxical event that happens whenever writer's tamper with time, he got it when he fought sylar because he needed to have a scar because hiro said he didn't recognize him without it, however... he had the scar because he didn't save claire but he still had it even though he did. whoops.
8. peter, isaac, and later sylar all saw the paintings in their trance-like state but only saw it consciously once it was painted
9. hannah popped in one episode but was really more of an on-line character (get it? wi-fi...) anyway, she died taking out some tower but transferred her consciousness into it and now exists as a cyber-ghost, i think, again, didn't read it.
10. i don't know if you've ever been in a car crash but it's a little hectic. even if she was aware of it the trauma afterward could easily blank that lil tid-bit out.
11. the WGA is trying to get the proper royalties now that the outdated agreement achieved in the 80s has short-changed them fairly harshly. we all pray it will be resolved soon.
