Adam is tripping

So I was thinking about how Adam turned evil and I feel like the reason he turned evil is not that great ..

I mean Hiro showed him the way of the Hero and Adam seemed to understand what it was and was liking it.
Even if Hiro did kiss the woman he loved, she didn't even love him to begin with! she was in love with Hiro from the start..

I feel like there's something missing there because he just turned completly evil right after that kiss and he never stopped holding that grudge against Hiro... I can understand he felt betrayed, but to the point of going completly bad (mad, whatever)??

don't you think he's kind of overreacting ?

I don't really think he's holding a grudge against hiro so much, more that he's gone insane from living so long. i think basically he wants to try to kill himself with this virus or as he said wipe the earth clean life and make a fresh start

plus, you have to remember that he wasn't the greatest guy to begin with... he was always just slightly 'flawed'
