| Junior Member | When watching Heroes,i got some questions which cannot explain. 1. At the end of Season1,Peter was going to explode, why not flew himself instead of let Nathan take him away? He was able to fly. 2.Sylar once killed a woman who can get control of others' mind,so he can cotrol others. But why he dont use this power to kill the ones who have power? 3.Nathan is still a congressman in 2nd season? Thanks a million.... |

1. i think it was either because peter was unable to properly control his powers at that point hence why he was exploding or mayb he can only use one power at a time so was unable to fly away 2. if your refering to eden (the woman with persuasive power) she killed herself to prevent him from having it 3. no hope tht helped | |

| Darezor answered the questions. I just wanted to add to the first one. In the episode "Four Months Ago", Peter states the reason he can't fly is because he is using all of his concentration to stop himself from exploding. |

| I got another question When Nathan was in Las Vegas, and Noah and the Haitian were chasing him in his pyjamas in season 1. How did Nathan fly away, if the Haitian was near him, since the Haitian has the ability to supress peoples ability? |

| uhu, thats what I thought too. Maybe then he didn't have that power yet, or something? Or he couln't control it yet. Because when Matt was abducted, he could read hrg's mind, and he couldn't controll his power as well... |

| Yeah, that part confuses me. I just chalked it up to the writers not sure if they wanted the Haitian to block all powers or just mental ones. Kind of the way they had Sylar's name originally Paul E. Sylar instead of Gabriel Gray. It was early in the season. |

| Good thinking, maybe the Haitian can only block mental powers. He was the best person to stop Peter in season 1. (But that wouldn't be a fantastic end of the first season) Almost every hero witnessed the whole scene at Kirby Plaza, but the one which we needed most wasn't there.. |
