He's with Noah Bennett against the company and also he's stopping peter WITH the company.. it was very obvious imo he only followed himself, but whats he thinking? :S

He's a double-edged Sword. He works for the company beacuse he believes in some of the people, and through his experience, he knows much of the work the company does is necessary. He has seen the worst come out in people with abilities, but he is no lackey. He follows HRG because he believes in him. He's a bit of a rogue, but knows when falling in line is good for him.
