I have two theories My first Thoery is that yes it is "takezo kensei" who is killing all of the old people. That not only does he have the power to heal but of longevity and he may be some how connected to the deaths of those other senior members. The other part of this theory is that Takezo is actually the father of Peter and Nathan Patrellie because Claire has the power to heal as well. My second theory is that the one doing all of the killing has to be one of two people if there not working together with takezo. And that person is either future versions of "Hiro" or "Peter." The reason of this is because only they have the power to survive a fall from a building because either they can time themselves away or one can just walk away. The other part of this theory is that when Mrs. patrellie was being attacked by an unseen force and I doubt its the invisible man because he can't walk away or fly. If it was the invisible man then that would mean a more vast consipiracy between many powered individuals all working together to kill these people.

In regards to Mrs. Petrelli being attacked in the interrogation room, I wouldn't be surprised if it had something to do with a reflection, or some sort of 'inner demon' for lack of a better term. First off, they told her the wounds were self-inflicted. Also, there is a mirror/reflection theme persistent throughout many of the episodes (good / evil ? ) 1) Nikki / Jessica 2) Nathan keep seeing burnt image (manifestation of guilt, or fortelling of evil side? Note the close up on the blood when he punched the mirror in the last episode) 3) The twins (basically mirror image male/female) with one being "evil" (power to kill) and the other being "good" (power to heal / stop killing)

Its a really good theory but it seemed to me that the person who attacked Mr. Nakumora was short. When he ran at him and they fell off the roof, you could see that they weren't a very tall person. And Kensei isn't that short. Also just because Kensei can regenerate doesn't necessarily mean he is related to Clair. Their powers aren't hereditary, only the gene to have powers is.
