Can You Hear Images?

So if you could hear peoples minds, could you also somewhat see or hear what a person is seeing in there head? Is that a possible way to avoid people reading your mind by thinking of images rather than words?

And if someone read my mind, I'd have to kill them...

woops. Could someone moves this - also explain to me why "Freddie" keeps stating "Very Cool topic, But I think you can find some great resources at these sites also.. You might want to at least check them out....." Im thinking it's a bot?
