OMG! The coolest thing happened at my school today (well, yesterday by now) that had me both in shock and fits of laughter. It was so awesome!

You see, the drama/news production department normally do some kind of skits at the end of the news on the television in the morning announcements, and this week's theme is Heroes! I was laughing so hard when I saw it! It's supposed to be a week long skit thing, and they did like the first power this morning. It was hilarious. This girl wakes up, and when she looks in the bathroom mirror, she's a guy! Then when she ducks down and stands back up in surprise, she's herself again.

I know the girl that was on in the morning, and I got the inside scoop onto what powers they're going to do. She's supposed to be a shapeshifter, then there's going to be an electrokinetic, someone with superstrength, and then I think someone involving voice/sound manipulaton, like a siren or something.

But the whole thing just cracked me up! I can't wait to see what they do tomorrow!

They didn't do it today, but I see my contact involved in this tomorrow, so I'll ask her when it comes on next.

Well, today they did it again, and we got a peak at three new powers/people (well the third I got confused because it seems like two right now).

There was one girl that seemingly had intelligence. They played it out that she hadn't studied for this math test (I knew the math teacher that they used for this, and tormented him about it all afternoon! ) and all of a sudden when the test started, she got this huge burst of knowledge, and supposedly got a perfect score.

The next kid was supposedly a pyrokinetic. He started to get into a fight, and all of a sudden (they copied Sky High for this) his arm lit up when he pulled them back.

The last kid though, my friend Robbie, had be confused. At first he was just extremely fast, but then he got into a fight (where they copied the whole slow motion punch thing from Spiderman) and when he actually got hit and flew back, he split into two. Where that came from, I have no idea.

In general, I found it hilarious though. I'll keep you posted if it comes on tomorrow! BTW, the whole school loves it! And as a plus, I turned two on my friends onto Heroes! They're both obsessed with it too!!!

No it was only this week because this week was spirit week, since tomorrow is our homecoming. This finished it up in two parts yesterday (the end was super confusing and don't even know how to explain it) so I'll post up what actually happened in a little while.

And no, this wasn't a live skit. Then end was, which is probably why it was so damn confusing. They normally filmed it, edited it for special effects, and then streamed in on the school's channel after the morning announcements aired.
