Go with me on this, Sylar now has control of Matt's body; Nathan's memories, persona, are in Sylar's body with his abilities. Who is powerful enough to face down Sylar while Peter is depowered? Sylar. It could go a few different ways. Nathlar could be confronted by Sylar in Matt's body and commanded to return the body. Nathlar, knowing the terrible things Sylar has done, would naturally resist this, battle ensues. Sylar could easily turn any of their powers, particularly Parkman's, into something formidable. I don't know if this will happen, but it's definitely something I'd watch.
