Default Stupidest/Worst Plot Twists.

Which plot twist or event did you dislike most?

For me, it has to be when Sylar took Claire's healing ability. He took the top of her head off, and was all like 'Claire, you don't know how special you are.' and stuff.

This led to Claire discovering that she could no longer feel pain. Which made her feel 'barely human' and thus wanted revenge on Sylar.

We then had to put up with Claire whinging about how she felt. .

But waitasecholdupnowtflolwut?

She did feel pain all those times before? She threw herself off things, rammed her own car into a wall, had all her skin burnt off, purposefully picked up scalding hot things, spent ages ramming ribs and other bones into place, clipped off her freakin' toe with a pair of nail scissors and generally did a load of mental stuff. Are the writers wanting us to think she was experiencing pain then? Cos it sure as hell didn't seem like it.

This is probably the hugest plothole in the show and it ****s me off no end.

I kind of agree with you here.... it was around here at this point that both me and my son started to get bored with the whole Heroes story.... It was getting too daft, IMO...

Welcome to the threads, btw....

The worst plot was when they invented the knowledge of having certain garbage storylines that go nowhere and stop at a station of disaster. Not great, good, or fiborusly notorius.

The Claire thing was annoying, sure... but that's kind of her Modus Operandi. Peter having Sylar's "hunger" and cutting people's heads open when he has no flippin reason to do so... that's not a plothole, per se, but it still is a plot point that makes no darn sense. I do like that in this season he helped Noah to get the bad guy's ablility to use it for his own heroic exploits. That's a storyline I can get on board with. Bravo, writers... you're back on track.

the biggest plothole by far is that Claires blood can heal people even if they are dead... yet Nathan and others have still died when she was just standing around.

You need to pay more attention. The reason Sylar said she was special and also the reason why she temporarily couldn't feel pain was because she has the 'catalyst' inside her. Now that it's gone she should be back to normal.

The catalyst just popped up as the reason for her not feeling pain? I would much rather have the excuse that sylar messing with her brain cause her to not feel pain.
Then the whole super healing ability of claire or adam, that it seems no one captilized on it. The company could have had vials that healed there wounded, because its not like adam necessarily needed it all.
Peter lossing his ability, and peter having the ability to begin with. Now they should have made his ability be a copier, and like all copies it be imperfect. Would have been so better if he only had the fraction of the original power but could use all of them.

meh, good in theory, i guess. still don't think it would have panned out well. i do like the idea of him being able to hold two powers, one being replaced by whichever he takes on with the ability to decide which is kept. but that would be an awfully convenient power. Not saying it's above or beneath them... just saying.

These are my least favorite story lines or waite of my times in all of heroes, in order.
10- Healing in general
9- Claire going to college
8- Peter having a love intrest, since they never last a whole season... (Simone Divoux, Kaitlin, Claire, now dare-devil woman)
7- Maya, (Even though she was mad hot)
6- Claire ever having a love intrest since they never last a whole season... (Zach, The quarter-back, West, Aquaman or Alex, Annie, now gretchen)
5- Season two... except Amdam Monroe/ Kensei
4- The Shanti virus
3- Season four... except Samuel Sullovan
2- Ali Larter having five roles in the show. Just cast someone else to be the other sisters. (Plus, who the hell were Jessica and Gina? I know Gina was just someone she mad up, but they said that Jessica was her sister, but she really wasn't)
1- Sylar being a Petrelli
