Do you think that there is a story arc to last that long?

Hi everybody,

Just wanted to fill you in on a new drama hitting the U.S. on NBC next season.
It's called HEROES, written by Alias writer Jesse Alexander.

HEROES co-stars my baby sister (Tawny Cypress)
congrats baby sis!!

HEROES is about ordanary people that learn that they posess super-powers.
Tim Sale is art directing much of the concept art.
Anyway, the show was picked up for a 7 year contract so apparently NBC thinks it's going to be a hit...

Here's the link to a press release.

I think they usually just contract them for that long so if the show is a hit the actors/actresses can't leave in the middle of the show. If the show gets cancelled or finishes, they drop the remaining years off of their contracts.
