They aren't seperate. Webisodes with Echo Demille show Angela Petrelli (using the actress that portrays her) in them, and she's in charge of the Company. The online novels actually state "Pick up where the show leaves off by delving deeper into the Heroes universe with original graphic novels!"

It's true. In one of the most recent stories, it shows the confrontation between Sylar and the two company agents that he killed (in the video Bob showed Elle) from the agents' point of view.

Hi I like the theory. It is very possible. But what about mohinder father. According season 1 his theory & reseache is about evolution. And through dna or something like that he did found people whit abbilities. He had even a list that Sylar wanted to steel. What about that than?

And mrs. petrelli and Charles devoux( next weeks special comeback return) because arent they talking about a rival company i bet thats were mr. petrelli really is he aint dead |

Its a good a theory, but yet meaningless. Meaningless, because the shows leave the door open for so many plausible explanations. Could easily be some Peter descendent from 3010, timetravelling back to England of 1600. Then sleep with a girl from back then before heading back to 3010, and their offspring would be Adam, the fatherless. Which again will change the history. The mutant #1 could also f.ex arise in 3055, with the timetravelling gene mutating in 4000. Which again did a timetravelling... Just to illustrate that it is actually very possible that their forfather, mutant nr.1, could be from long way in the future.

I think there's good points here, and you've hit on some key things. There are just a few things I'd like to comment on. Bear with me, lol! I think Adam is important because he may be the only one who knows what went on with the formula in the past. -F_Peter didn't appear to be talking about the formula people, I agree 100%. It's more likely he was talking about the people who were genetically maniuplated, like Tracy. -The formula that was split predates the Founders/Company, as Kaito says not only he guarded it, but his father and grandfather as well. Thus, they didn't create it. It's at least sixty years old then, probably more. It's possible it's Mohinder's formula, and they've been through this once already, but no longer have knowledge of the events if a time traveler is involved. Adam, being as old as he is, should know more than anyone else. -It does appear Molly can find people with abilities without knowing who they are or anything (Maury), it's by person or by area. Prior to Molly, they were probably finding them by scouring odd medical/news/police reports or by DNA marker (similiar to Chandra Suresh). -If we're considering the graphic novels, you'll see many of the Founders knew each other way back, like Linderman and Arthur Petrelli serving together in the Vietnam War. Without them, many Founders have said they came together to begin with because they had abilties. -If the flashbacks are to be believed from s2 (Pratt and Kaito), then Adam was really trying to unleash the virius 30 years ago, and that's why he was locked up. Also, that virius was altered originally back in the 1970s by Pratt, and locked up when deemed too unstable. I think Bob thought it was a way to stop Adam/Maury/whoever else was after the Founders if Mohinder could tweak it properly, but Mohinder ran into the same problem as Victoria Pratt did in the 1970s, it was too unstable when altered. I'd guess the Founders were experimenting to speed up evolution, not to become immortal. They were playing God, trying to increase their numbers faster than it was happening naturally. I personally thought Claire was important only because they weren't sure if she would manifest or not, but if she did, she 'belonged' to the Company/Angela. Otherwise, Angela never would have bothered with her.
