Default Sylar immune to the Haitian?

At the end of S3E3, Noah tells the Haitian once he finds Sylar's weakness, he's going to kill him. Why don't he just bring the Haitian near him and then kill him.

once the hatian walked away from his dead body, Sylar probably would have just healed...

good point -
maybe it's just one of those loopholes that hasn't been addressed.

maybe there's some limitation to the Haitian's power that hasn't been discussed.
when you think about it,
you could keep 5 feet away from the guy and shoot him.
eh?

hey i was thinking about this too!! no joke.. i was wondering- future peter, all in control of his powers, DEFINITELY has the haitian's power- so he should always use that FIRST when fighting villains- makes life much easier.. right?

umm...what makes you think he has the Hatian's power? For all we know, we they come in to contact the Hatina nullifies Peter's powers BEFORE he has a chance to absorb them. As far as I can tell Peter has to be very close to someone to get their power but the Hatian can be pretty far away and still block other powers!

Future Peter doesn't have the Haitian's power, if he did he couldn't have talked to Present Peter after he stopped time.

That isn't necessarily true; It's evident that Future Peter has full control over any ability and can turn them on or off at will. So if Future Peter wanted to freeze time and talk to Present Peter, he would simply use Hiro's ability and not the Haitian's.

I believe future Peter doesn't have the Haitian's power, since he's never used it and almost certainly would, to give himself a huge advantage when fighting anyone with an ability. Most likely, as Heroboi said, peter's absorbing power was nullified (by the Haitian) before it had a chance to asborb the Haitian's ability.

If peter has the haitian's power, wouldn't all his powers no longer work? LOL

Default the haitan

It's already been revelaed that the Haitan does not actually have "a aura" that stops powers, he basicly has powers over peoples minds.

he reaches into you mind and makes you "forget" how to use your powers, its like you know you have powers but you cant make them work. he can damage your mind as we saw when adam told peter that the haitan had just damaged his mind and by focusing his powers he was able to repair the damage.

If he doesn't have an aura, then why did Daphne and Hiro's power not work...The Haitian didn't know they were there.
