'Heroes' Executive Producer Spills the Beans on Season 3

Little by little, details about the third season of Heroes have gradually surfaced in the internet. So far, we already know that the new season will be a breeding ground for new characters and will be swarming with villains teaming up to destroy the earth. Shedding more light about the sci-fi series is executive producer and director Allan Arkush, who promises that Heroes will be returning with a bang on September 15 with the first and second episodes airing back-to-back.

When we last saw Heroes, Nathan (Adrian Pasdar) has become the victim of an assassin's bullet, Niki (Ali Larter) is unable to escape when the building she's in exploded, and Sylar (Zachary Quinto) has regained his abilities after using a cure procured by Mohinder (Sendhil Ramamurthy). According to Arkush, this is precisely where the new season will kick off.

well, they've sunk this ship, at least for me. the blurb about seeing lots more of sylar did it. i realize there are many fans of sylar, but i am not one of them. i don't find him interesting at all, even as a villain. he's nothing but a butcher...no subtlety to speak of. angela petrelli, on the other hand, is absolutely interesting and amazing.

I just hope that the new characters that join Heroes this time will have good story lines and be connected with the man story in some way. We don't need many characters going all over the place and not have a purpose. Many villains wanting to destroy earth sounds like a cool idea and we will see how it goes when Heroes returns.

Even after connecting the webcam I am not getting any of the channels as I am not getting any video and audio both are totally blank so what comments I can write.

I'm cautiously optimistic about the new season. I know there was a sophomore slump last season that many fans, including myself, felt could have been avoided if they didn't excessively add new characters but nowadays it seems like a rite of passage that popular television like 24, Lost, and The OC must go through in order to restructure the show and retain interest and I have no doubt that 'Villains' will be refreshing and remind us why we were gripped by the series in the first place.

I think the third season sounds very promising. =) I can't wait ta see it! It's about time they explain the history and all of the "secret" group which is how they all seem to be connected....through their parents. And i'm glad they've kept Sylar. Usually they have one main bad guy for each season so it's always predictable. This way it's new and different and it keeps you guessing!

Season 3 sounds real good.Can't wait for it to start but my only problem is will it air in Africa on September 15?That havn't even shown season 2 here yet!

I'm very much looking froward to season 3. I'm hoping Claude can put in at least an appearance (no pun intended).

I want Christopher Eccleston on my dream cast but can't seem to add him. Anyone know how I can?
