I liked Mohinder''s voice but it will be cool to have other actors as a narrator. We will see how it goes when Heroes starts up in September. I hope volume 3 will be better than volume 2. It is great that there will be more villains and I hope the new characters work out and not be lame like the twins in volume 2.

I wouldn't say it's dreamy, but it's definitely not annoying, so I picked dreamy by process of elimination, lol. I didn't know ppl were so bothered by it, Sometimes I think it's necessary as the show is such a puzzle to have the narration wrap it up.*~

@tabbara: People in India (certainly the upper classes) grow up speaking proper English, because India was a colony of England for many generations and English was the path to upward mobility. Plus, Mohinder's dad was a professor, and Mohinder was a PhD student himself, so it should be no surprise that the highly educated guy speaks "the Queen's English." Add me to the list of people who don't mind the voice-overs. I wouldn't go so far as to say they're "dreamy," but I do think it would be weird to now suddenly go with a different voice & perspective from narrator, since we've had the same one for the first 2 seasons.

I didn't always pay attention to what he was saying in the voiceovers, but I love his voice, and I don't really like the idea of changing that. They could just *write* *better*. *g*

I love Mohinder as the narrator of the show. I think using him really ties the show together as he is continuing his father's work and is the one responsible for finding the Heroes. i think changing him would be a disappointing aspect of the show

| Junior Member | Hello everyone! I am new here! I personally enjoy the narration as well as Sendhil Ramamurthy's voice. I feel like I'm listening to a really good story when I listen to him, the narration adds to the effect of Heroes I think since not always is someone talking when something should or can be said. I don't think I'd prefer a new voice... ![]() |
