ok so just so im sure these are the events that played out the finale

-Nikki died
-HRG went back to the company
-Nathan was shot by mystery man
-sylar got his powers back
-the virus was destroyed
-adam was locked into a coffin.

what and who was MRS P talking to at the end when she was talking about "openng pandoras box

I'm pretty sure it was Noah who shot Nathan. It's really hard to tell because the camera shot was zoomed out but I think you can see the Horn Rimmed Glasses he wears. I may be wrong but it ties in with what Claire was going to do. Also, when it shows a death like Nikki's, in which it only shows the building she was in blowing up, it's only mostly confirmed that she died. I'm not saying she's still alive but we should prepare for such a possibility.
