Can we fight the future?

Hi

This is my first posting.

I had a thought yesterday. Does anyone remember the Episode (Series 1 ) when Sylar kills Isaac and Isaac says you can't fight the future or you can't change the future.

I think that the Heroes can't change it because everything still happens as the picture predicted. For example pic Syrash and gun. Now he has a gun.

Another evidence is that the company existed before Hero kissed the princess and Kensei aka Adam turned bad.

They probably can stop little things like the explosion etc. but if that doesn't happen something else happens.

Adam was the head of the company until the others decided that he is playing god and they locked him away.

I would like to know what you think. By the way Episode 7 was amazing and I can't wait for the next Episode.

He said you cannot fight the future but that's a load of rubbish. He painted Claire with her powers taken by Sylar, but she was saved.

you couldn't see a face on the cheerleader in the painting. (unless you're talking about something else).

Tim Kirig has said that every painting has come true, just not in the way that everybody, including those in the show, would have expected.

Eponine.ally is right. A cheerleader did die, it just wasn't Claire.

They didn't actually change history or exactly the future, I think they just made everything walk in different time lines.
The future Hiro once tried to figure out the lines and solve them.
And I agree that there was a cheerleader died, just not Claire.

I agree that the pictures (predictions) have come true, but remember the great episode last year where Peter and Nikki are together, Sylar is pretending to be Nathan as president. That future didn't come true.

thats the point there isnt just one future there are many and every time you do something in the present it changes the future a bit

Another fan mentioned that if they didn't save New York finally they could save the world. If Peter blew up NY, he might kill someone carrying virus at the same time. "Five years gone", there's no virus, no homodepopulation.
