Last week, on the season 2 premiere of Heroes: Mohinder infiltrated the Company at HRG's behest, Claire got a flying stalker, Parkman got a job with the NYPD, Molly had nightmares of the Big Bad, Hiro discovered his hero is a faker, Hiro's dad was killed by the person he least suspected, Peter shirtlessly had amnesia, and two Hondurans with no connection to anyone ate up some time. Conspicuously absent? Niki, Micah and Sylar. There was also mention of an either good or evil alliance of 12 with Mama Petrelli, Charles Deveaux, Linderman, Hiro's dad, and eight players to be named later. They're like the original Justice League, or Jesus' apostles, or Cylon models, or the days of Christmas. These "things that come in 12" jokes doing anything for you? To read the rest, click here.

You just watch, Nikki and Paolo will be back! Mark my words! There is no way they would waste a whole episode on two characters who would die immediatley!

"...and two Hondurans with no connection to anyone ate up some time." "It's a little early, but I'm officially calling them the Heroes version of Nikki and Paolo from Lost." A lot of people are thinking the same thing. Why are there so many similarities between Lost and Heroes? Are the writers friends? My first thought was also that the Hondurans mean nothing to the story ans are the Nikki and Paolo of Heroes. So far their story is boring and if they were cut out of the show we would not miss anything just like we don't miss Nikki and Paolo after they were cut out of Lost. I am wondering will Heroes soon have a hatch or a smoke monster or a mysterious Jacob? I would not be surprised!

"Her eyes start bleeding, and she knocks the healer woman down with her mind." I don't think Maya knocked her down with her mind...I think she caught some virus or illness and fell over. And that wasn't the healer it was their family friend who also was going to cross a healer but the healer left because of what she saw in Maya. Great episode and look forward to finding out the answers. I originally thought maybe it was Nathan that killed Kaito...maybe Peter? They both have some motive as they are responsible for Mr. Petrelli's death as well as the whole Peter bomb thing that they orchestrated.

Anyone think that Kaito's killer and Angela's unseen assailant could be Claude(Christopher Eccleston), the invisible man from season 1? I'm certainly not saying it is, but I fiugred I'd throw it out there.....One other thing: believe me, I value the opinions of all, but can we try to have a less biased recap next time? If you don't like the show, that's absolutely fine, but can we take it just a little easy here?

I like the show just fine, perhaps I just get too into the mythology and get annoyed when the show backtracks. But I assure you, I eagerly watched every episode last season, and to me, "Five Years Gone" and "Company Man" are two of the absolute best episodes on all of TV last season. As for Eccleston, maybe, though I hope they recast the role and he's now being played by David Tennant.

Was anyone else annoyed that we had subtitles in three different languages this episode. I loved that Takezo has a power. That story just got interesting. http://redlightnaps.wordpress.com/2007/10/02/heroes-reveals-the-powers-of-lizards-and-more/
