Well Lost. I mean come on. It's just better writing. But my question is why do people put down season 3 of Lost. Not everyone, but you know who you are. Lost season 3 is by far the best. The 6 episodes in the beggining was amazing. Hands down. A cliff hanger with in 6 episodes of itself. Then they came back 10x stronger and gave us the greatest finale of any show...ever. I think everyones problem was the break. For the fact that everyone knew it was only around for 6, they beat up on it. Just to be spoiled, greedy children. "This break sucks, this show sucks" was basically everyones mind set. But wait untill Season 3 is on DVD, watch it and tell me your brain didnt turn to sh!t!!

Why does everyone think they have to wait until the DVDs come out??!!! You can buy the entire season in superb quality on iTunes for like 35 f*cking dollars!!! C'mon people, its not that hard! WHY would you want to wait that incredibly long to watch them again when they are currently at your disposal???!!! I bought the whole season and I've seen all of it five times through already, awesome awesome awesome (except for the whole Jack/Sawyer/Kate love triangle in the first half of the season, that just doesn't belong on Lost, that belongs on Passions or some sh*t)

Heroes is a good show that owes most of its succes and formula to LOST! Lost brought back the serialized drama that had been depreciating in value. Heroes was a battle cry for NBC and it really doesn't know where it is going while LOST has everything detailed and mapped out. To me, LOST should win BEST DRAMA and many other Supporting/Leading Acting Awards. Nothing on LOST is even comparable to anything else on TV. The worst episode of LOST is still better than 90% of television... and that is saying much. AND as for Viewership down. LOST is still one of the most watched shows on television, most fans just watch it on ABC.COM or TIVO it... With those added it gains about 5 million more viewers which puts it at about 17 - 19 million viewers a week. LOST is.... good.

Heroes is a very great show I disagree with anyone who says it isn't intellectual to any degree. It does make you think for example, paradoxes in time travel interests me much more than why Locke's dad appeared on the island. In all honesty I love Lost but it is losing its steam by not answering many questions and pulling stuff out of weird air. Heroes on the other hand has me thinking with the whole thing about Molly Walker not finding this one guy because he can see her. Both are great shows but in my opinion Heroes is much better.

they are both absolutely awsome shows am just dissapointed that they both ended at the same time and now I have nothing I like on so nothing to look forward to each week. Lost had tle and am hoping that the arg for heroes is as good as that was. they are both more than just a tv show they are an imersive experience i love them both.

I love both shows but I believe the writing on Lost is far superior. I cringe at some of the things the characters say on Heroes; it can be a bit cliche and predictable. There are so many moments in Lost where they could say something predictable but it just never happens. As far as storyline goes, Heroes is more rewarding in the short term and moves at a faster pace.
