Yeah I've heard some ideas that maybe it was West. I think he's evil (and will probably try and kill HRG) but that's just me.

I think by looking at the shadowy figure who pushed Hiro's dad off the roof, Peter and West fit the kind of phsyical profile.

Although I hope he doesn't harm HRG. HRG is one of the best characters! [IMO]

The geography has no bearing on my theory whatsoever. I have suggested two characters may not be who they at first seem, they could be in Antarctica for all it matters.

Peter did inherit niki's power because he uses it when he goes on to punch sylar in the final episode. doesn't really make that clear but he uses her super strength in his beating.

i think its obvious that nathan got pretty messed up by the bomb because thats what this other nathan with the burnt face is all about. but surely if peter went nuclear he would've vaporised and therefore his brain would've been destroyed and also his power(s).

ok, I have a theory. I don't think nightmare man is the killer, IMO he's protecting the killer as well. So I think it's kensei, if he does have claires type of power then he could be immortal. He could survive the fall. It would explain why they were surprise and why they are protecting him. Or like many others think it's Peter, I don't like that idea as much it's not really all that new. Or it's West, if so they need to move his story along, it's not fun at all.

I think that there are actually more then one person taking out the older Heroes. Matt's father has the ability to create nightmares and we've seen that they can manifest themselves into "visions" when Matt and Nathan faught each other.
Angela's wounds were SELF inflicted, so maybe she was seeing things attacking her or bugs crawling on her and she was trying to get them off VERY forcibly.
But Matt's father could also have killed Kiato, what if he "Saw" a killer but it was an illusion? The mind is funny in the way that if it believes something enough then it can happen, like if you fall off a cliff in your dreams you get scared and there have been accounts where people have died from it. If Kiato believed in it enough then maybe he jumped off thinking someone takled him, it would explain the lack of a second body.

Also Niki's power is Super strength which Peter has, I think that Jessica has a different power and seeing as how Peter didn't meet Jessica then he didn't take the power so he doesn't have the split personality thingy.

Just something interesting The company knew that people had powers and stuff and according to Kiato they also knew about one asian that could control time and space but thye never thought it would be Hiro. How did they know that? Either one of three ways (possibly all) Linderman had Kensai's sword for HOW long? You'd think that he would have discovered the scrolls in the base wouldn't you and they could have told them about Hiro. Either that or there is One Kensai story that never became famous and it features Hiro and his powers which the older heroes knew about. Lastly it could have been JUST from word of mouth. Kiato is Jap, who's to say that Yaeko isn't his GREEEEEEAAAAAAT grandmother and she passed down the legacy of Hiro through her kids with Kensai. Tonights episode suggests that there is one story that wasn't properly told and this could explain it.

Sorry for the lengthy post but it's just everything i could think off

It looks like you were right.
According to what Bob said, Adam is the master, and Morey is one of his followers. I'm pretty sure Adam was the one who killed Kaito. It would explain that the person seemed young and that he just walked away after falling. [self healing]

On Niki's powers:
I get the feeling that a lot of people think that one of her powers is her alter ego. Isn't it just that she was traumatized by the murder of her sister Jessica (by her father btw) that she developed multiple personality disorder? Traumatic experiences in childhood do that to you. So her having an alter ego is not one of her powers, but a symptom of her being sick. Problem is that the alter ego is the one with the super power (inhuman strength) so when she uses it, she doesn't consciously know cause the alter ego takes over.

I think she's being treaded for the mps at the Company. If she manages to integrate both personalities, she'll be able to use the ability consciously and when she wants.

This past episode cleared up that Nikki has split personality disorder. It also showed DL saying you're the one with the strength Nikki.
