Stop People Calling Heroes A X-men Rip Off

calling heroes a x-men rip off is simply idiotic. why dont we get really childish and say
x-men was about people with powers so anyone else who writes about people with powers should be sued.
oasis should be sued for writing stuff that sounds like the beetles.
LOADS of films use bits from star wars so they should all be sued, BMW ripped off the idea for making cars as did Mercedes err as did everyone else come to think about it.
Metallica ripped off Megadeth, Megadeth ripped off Metallica, both of them ripped off status quo, Hollyoaks ripped off Eastenders who ripped off Coronation street who ripped off neighbours who ripped off crossroads. Shark is a rip off of House which is a rip off of Scrubs.
If all this was actually true, no one would be able to write anything because everything has already been done by someone else.
if heroes had been written without using any of the super powers that x-men used, what powers would have been available to use???
make your suggestions.
How good (or bad) would heroes be without using x-men type powers??
last thing for me to say is if you dont like heroes, dont watch it

Heroes has very FEW similarities to X-men. No prof. X,no tights,and hardly any cliche phrases(of course there is Hiro). And there are several unique powers that were never thought of in X-men,or atleast used or formated in different ways. For example:Maya,Adam and Claire(they are invincible,except for this so called virus,unlike wolverine, and of course Peter who absorbs powers by being close to their users and not killing people in the process.

Instead of anti-matter being used to turn people back to the catholic church we had the plan to blow up new york to bring people back together.
