Default anywhere to download?
anyone can suggest good sites to download episodes, preferably not too big, with direct download? been having trouble keeping up, seeing as how I'm not from the US.

quick download speeds would also be much appreciated, so if anyone knows where to download them (as in new episodes real quick) then please tell me.

Please be kind to a newbie.
