Could Sylar fix Nikki's "Problem/Power" or make her figure out how to control it, since he finds out how things work like super powers ect...could he help her fix it?

That could be one of the plot device in that episode about the future coming up. Nikki may be turned into a bad guy fighting side by side with Sylar.
