Who are we to decide if he's good or bad. He just wants to kill some people. That's fair considering how his life was kind of crazy during his years. Can we surely label him as a bad guy? Absolutely not. Not unless he gets in the way of the protagonist. At this point, we can't even decide who the main protagonist is, anymore. Is it Peter? Is it the Asian guy that's conveniently named "Hiro?" (I kid of course, I know all about him.) I think the real question is, who's the good guy in this situation?

You must be joking right? Killing people is fine if you had some crazyness going on in your life for a few years?

Just sometimes he kills innocent people cause they have something he wants, he can take it without killing but hey the heck with that let's kill them anyway!

But he's good

All he wants is peoples' powers. I wonder (since he can take them without killing) if people just gave him their powers, would he really kill? I think he could be turned good, but it's his "power" that makes him bad. It makes him crave others' powers, and when he has to fight for them, he kills.
