IMO, he's neutral towards Peter etc. However, he might be interested in someones ability and steal it by killing them, without mercy. Sooo yeahh... But I think he's quite confused right now, using Danko to gain more power, maybe plotting something later on? (Or he may be just seeking power)

Sylar is completely capable of injecting his blood into his victims so that they don't die. I don't think he knows that he can do this, however.

If Sylar understands how things work he should be aware that his blood has healing ablilities, he probably just hasn't found anyone he cares to heal. Maybe he could go dig up his mother and give her a little blood, is there a second expiration date on corpses.

Sylar is the most entertaining part of the show. One of my favorite parts of last season was when we were watching everybody get tazed and bagged by danko's 26'ers and it felt like they couldn't be stopped, then they got to sylar and he kicked some serious butt.

he's bad though, because he started out killing and then kind of calmed down a little, and when he learned he could take people's powers with out killing (by taking ellie's powers) he could of been good, and just continued taking their powers that way, but he chose to kill instead.

and his power is understanding, not making him hungry for more people's power.
