Well according to string theory, her future still exists, but it's not accessible from the current timeline.

Caitlin is stuck in a non existing future..
angela did not want peter to change that future because the risk of virus returning, therefore she ordered the Haitian to remove any memories of caitlin from his mind

i'd like peter to warp back to the timeline which leads to caitlin being sent to the virus future, bring her back with him ... only to find out she is a shanti virus carrier. peter strikes again lol

I was wondering about Caitlin - an unfortunate end if they're just going to leave her stranded. Still, that's what you get if you're from Cork I suppose.
