Then she goes on to compare him to T-Bag on Prison Break... I defend him by saying he hasn't raped anybody....Yet.

Once when Parkman shots him, after he tries to attack Molly. And once when Noah (HRG) interrupts Sylar's attack on his wife. Now, we know for sure he gets hit when Noah shoots him because he goes flying several feet back. How the heck did he survive that, let alone get up and get away so quickly that the Haitian couldn't follow him? And if he's so capable of surviving bullets that send him flying halfway across the room, then why would he need Claire's power? I mean if he can survive three bullets like that, then a sword should be no problem.

I've read the comics which accompany the show. They basically state that he patches himself up and hitches a ride on a semi. Now if that's true and he has no special ability that allowed him to live, then how does he get around so easily without even looking hurt over the course of the season? The season in theory only takes place over a couple of months. So, he's been shot in two different instances over a couple of months and walks around as if in perfect health. The comics needless to say didn't satisfy my questions. You don't just patch yourself up from a bullet that sends you flying lol.

I love this show and it has very few continuity errors, being that physics is obviously not a factor with superhumans. So i anyone has an explaination that makes sense, I'd like to hear it.

Sorry to jump in all y'all's conversation (hello, BTW, I'm new) but I actually do have an answer for this. On heroes-wiki 'they' say that why Sylar was fine after he was shot was because he used his Telekinesis to not stop but blanket the effect of the bullets hitting him. It's the same as when he and Peter fell in Homecoming. While it still hurts him (note he was bloody in HC) it makes it so the effect isn't as bad as it could have been. Now, why he didn't just stop the bullets I don't know, but that (the cushioning) is the reason he's not dead.
