Sylar can use more than one power at a time??

In Chapter 21 "The Hard Part", we see Sylar going to his mom's place and using the water hose to make snowflakes. At the same time, he also makes the snow globes levitate courtesy, his telekinesis. All theories you hear are of Sylar and Peter being able to use only one power at a time. Maybe this is not true..

Uh, no. Our theories were that PETER could use only 1 power at a time, explaining why he could not just fly himself away, and several other things.

Sylar has demonstrated the ability to use several powers at once more than once.
