Smokers in the kitchen

I have become mildly interested in Hell's Kitchen. But I must say something that has been bugging me right from the get go.....do I want a chef ANYWHERE who sucks on cigarettes the way these chefs (and teams before them) ? It is disgusting to me that they have their hand in nicotine and up to their mouths and then go forth and prepare a meal....PLUS....hands in hair...OMG....If I saw someone handling my meal and pushing their hair out of their eyes, no matter what course of the meal, I would walk out! {{{Blecht}} Nasty, nasty habit to show the public. The end line of this behavior is a chef can have no concept what the dish tastes like, and therefore I wouldn't want them cooking for me!
