i once took a poo next to this person at the venetian rest room and all i can say is first class to this boi.. handed me toilet paper under the stall with no questions asked..i am not from new jersey but still enjoyed our conversation and heart felt moments.. ohh i hope you cut a rug with all of your endeavors.. love that guy..

louross seems to know what is going on in the kitchen. he has management skills and has a working team spirit. don't let loud mouth bobby scare you all he has is mouth. don't let chef ramsey scare you all he wants is the best out of you.
