Bailey has her role as the serious, "sturdy" one; she doesn't need to be sexy. Christina was trying to compete with all the other interns for "happy time" with the doctors. "Unsexy" is a fair comment for her.

That said, she has her moments.

I love Sandra Oh - she's a terrific actress and adds so much personality to the show. Not only is she a better actress, but she is also more attractive than Callie, Hahn, Miranda, Geroge and Richard.
