I think it's mostly drama but they often include comedy in the episodes... Some episodes don't have any humor in them (because they're so darn depressing!) which is why I think it's drama before comedy

it's a dramedy. but it's more into the drama side. i mean the show deals with deep emotions, serious personal issues/struglles and death after all.
