If you needed surgery, which Grey's doc(s) would you want to have treat you?

Season five has already had a lot of iffy care including a flood during surgery, a dropped transplant organ and other mishaps. Who's your best bet for getting you through if you had surgery, say on a kidney or other vital?

I would have to say Dr. Bailey, she is confident and caring. She honestly wants the to treat and take care of her patients.
Also I would have to say Cristina because she is really "hard core", her main goal is to find out was is wrong with you and mix it, especially if it is or because it is surgical.

I would have to say Bailey. Not only is she great at what she's doing (which, in turn, inspires her fellow residents and interns, as well as some attendings), but more importantly, she has a heart.
